including copies of questionnaires and links to study
publications. Naturally, the author of each publication
is generally the best person to contact for further information
on that topic, but if you require further information not covered
on this web site, you may submit your inquiry via the form below.
Each of the CSHA investigators
has a copy of the data set. If you are not an investigator
and wish to access the data (at present from CSHA-1 and CSHA-2
only), outline your proposed research question and we will
then put you in touch with the investigator whose area of
interest corresponds most closely to your proposal. In this
way, duplication of analyses is avoided, analyses can be undertaken
quickly, and the security of the data maintained.
